Despite all the bass N550 are very detailed. Build quality is the best I've seen in headphones of this price. It is pretty great for headphones at any price. Cups are real wood, finish on the cups is great and metal hinges and headband look great. Pads are about the same thickness or maybe a bit thicker than HM5 pads.

DIY Headphones I need your opinion and advice on drivers. Headphone
The N650 has a rich, warm and fairly balanced sound (still slightly V-shaped) with loads of detail and musicality, and a wide, immersive soundstage. These pretty much define my preferred sound signature but hopefully, it hasn't coloured my objectivity too much. This product was sent to me for the purpose of this review.

It was due time for someone to make a proper review on msur offerings. It is a puzzle to me why msur and rebrands are not the most talked about products on head-fi. People who don't like them so much still think those are a good value for $150(cheapest msur n550 rebrands cost about 70$,) When slightly modded and eq'd I think those can sound as.

The N650 has more bass and sub-bass, warmer but slightly less detailed midrange and just a hint more treble. Both have very good isolation which is no surprise, both being closed back. The Ultrasone pulls ahead when it comes to soundstage but not by much, both being able to project sound outside of your head.

The cradle is made of featherweight aluminium. By the steplessly adjustable headband and the medium contact pressure, you have excellent ergonomic comfort.

Update: Got the Sivga SV005 & the Msur n550- both the ones I did not want in the beginning but through reading reviews and hearing Zeos Sound demo (not 100% accurate but enough to get the general properties of sound and tonal balance) I became more intrigued with the little brothers of the big stars: namely the SIVGA SV007 and the MSUR N650

The MSUR offers a more laid-back and fun approach while the 860 is more business-like and analytical. Comfort-wise they're both pretty good but neither are the most comfortable headphones I've used due to the clamping force of the 860 and the inner foam ring on the N650's ear pads.

So sorry guys, gotta hold of from getting the MSUR n650 to try out the B7. And yeah, Zeos has a large enough following, there might be a small bump in price for things he reviews favorably if retailers see a spike of interest in the product and try to capitalize off of it. When i switched back to the N650's i found the bass maybe a tiny bit lacking but i could also be that the T20RPs are not neutral in the bass region and the N650's are. If you can swing it- try the Msur N650. They are around 90 but they look and sound pretty dang good. Like 300$ good. Check reviews out. I'm going to tell you a secret- the BLON/BOSHHIFI B7 is the same headphone as Sivga SV005 but are like half the price. 54$ is a steal for what they offer and for that good wood look.
